Question: What's the name of the Italian (i think) food that's pasta in the form of rice?
I know it's not risotto because that's actual rice.

There's a couple types of pasta that are in the form of rice. Orzo and all the other ones that were said are included in that.



Risi, orzo, and couscous are all rice-like pastas.

In Rome we call them "peperini", but probably they are known with other names as well...
