Question: How many of you relish Indian food?
If you do,please tell me your favourite Indian dishes

And where are you from?

I'm asking this so that I can cook your favourite dishes if we happen to meet,since I'm an excellent cook

indian food is my absolute favorite.
As for my favorite dish, the other night i had lamb cooked in a big metal pot sealed in with home-made bread around the top. The lamb was just so tender it was amazing. If i can find the resterants menu online ill get back to you with what its called.

Hi: Almost anything with Paneer. I also like Kofta and Puri Bread. (I cook a lot of this myself from scratch - yummy!) I'm from U.S.

Me - like to cook different foods. Made Kashmiri chicken kofta yesterday - all eaten up! ;))

Lamb Vindaloo and anything from the tandoori

My guess would be - very few, unless you are Indian.
