Why doesnt Mountain Dew overflow when shaken?!

Why doesnt Mountain Dew overflow when shaken?

If you drop most soft drinks before opening, they will explode all over, but not mountain dew. Yet it tastes just as fizzy. What gives?

it's because there is the equalivent to 20 tablespoons of sugar in the crap.....

so try to drop a diet dew and see what happens, if it doesnt blow up its not sugar
