Not too much that's fun to eat and good for you. As a friend said to me:
"No cholesterol, no fat, no fun"

Your might try salsa and chips (look for lower sodium chips)

Nuts are NOT fat free! Most are high in fat. Fruits and veggies are the only things that taste good and are low fat, assuming you want to watch your weight and not load up on sugar. If this is the case, the harder nuts are good, fresh or dried fruit. Chocolate is fat free, but nobody has ever lost weight eating chocaolate all day, because sugar makes you fat.

My answer: A mix of dark chocolate pieces (70%), raw pecans, raw almonds, raw seeds and dried fruits make a great lowfat, low sugar treat that you can make in bulk and take anywhere.

Pretzels aren't really healthy, most varieties have been stripped of their nutrients. Nuts are not fat free, but if you don't have a cholesterol problem, nuts and cheese are both good for you. Yogurt is healthy, look for a brand with fruit on the bottom and no extra sugar added. Also avoid artificial sweeteners as these can leave you feeling bloated. Look for whole-grain breads and crackers instead of always looking for the low-fat variety. Fruits and veggies are also great for you, but most Americans "drench" them in unhealthy dips and dressings. Try dipping them in yogurt instead. And use fat free cottage cheese on salad instead of dressing. If you get 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day and plenty of water you will notice a huge difference in the way you feel and probably in the way you look.

John, Almost no food is totally fat free! Even apples and carrots have a tiny bit of fat.

So if we change your question to very low fat there are lots of healthy options...

Fruits and vegetables of all kinds really taste good.

Apples, kiwifruit, oranges, melon , berries and papaya.

Bell peppers in all their colors red green orange yellow and purple each color has a slightly different taste. My favorite is red. Carrots and cucumbers are easy to keep and can be prepared quickly for a snack.

Not all the foods on the source I list are easily prepared snack foods. However the majority are.

Avoid potato chips; fried foods; and mayonnaise.

Develop the habit of reading labels...
