Aren't they just flour, egg and milk? Maybe a little if you add loads of syrup but if you add fruit like blueberries they can't be that bad for you - if eaten in moderation.

pancakes are not really fattening depending on what filling you have so the more fattening filling you have the more fattening they are compared to a plain pancake which is only made of flour milk and egg
