I have two Mangoes; what can I do with them?!
Answers:
mango cole slaw, with red cabbage, wasabi mayo from trader joes, jalapeno, carrots, and some jicama.
1) I used mine to make a lovely Mango chutney, excellent accompaniment for most Indian dishes.
2) You could add it to an ice cream. If you can't be bothered to make proper ice cream then...
Cut up mango's into tiny pieces, buy some mango pulp from the shops, add it all to good quality vanilla ice cream, mix/blend, then freeze as cold as you can and as quickly to prevent ice forming.
Delicious, yummy, easy mango ice cream.
3) Try making a mango tart.
I just got back from China and they had a very strange but very tasty sweet/chilli starter...
4) ..Take the Mango chunks, then dip in powder chilli spices. Sweet and Hot at same time, very unusual combination but very refreshing taste.
Enjoy
