What's for dinner?!

Question:

What's for dinner?

I have romaine lettuce, chicken breast, red pepper and yellow pepper.

Answers:
You have the makings for a great chicken salad. Lightly fry the chicken in olive oil, a tablespoon or so's worth, about 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, and when done, slice thinly and layer on top of the lettuce. (If you have a lid to the pan, use it, the chicken will come out more tender). Cut up the peppers julienne style and spread around as you wish, (or mix in with the lettuce before adding the chicken). Top with a little ranch dressing and you have it made. I did this last night, except I used blue cheese and added a few cherry tomatoes,

Dice up the chicken breast with some olive oil and garlic, add in the cut up peppers when the pink is out of the chicken. Serve on top of the lettuce.

Carribean chicken sandwich. If you have any bread, sugar, hot pepper powder and garlic. Cut the chicken into thin slices and maranade the chicken in a mix of sugar, garlic, hot pepper, salt and anything else in the fridge. Bake it with the pepper chunks and covered in the leftover maranade in foil at 350 for 25 minutes. Mix some hot pepper powder and a little ketchup with mayo, spread on bread, add the chicken, top with romaine and cheese if you have it. Foccatia works best but any bread will do. If those are really all you have in the house, you might be stuck with a grilled chicken salad.

cut up the chicken in small pieces cook it and add cut up peppers...and have a salad with it! (make a chicken stir fry)

I want to eat something spicy but I havent found any good recipe!!

I'd make chicken lettuce wraps. julienne the peppers and cut the chicken into strips. Cook both in some oil, season the chicken to taste depending on what seasonings you have. Take one leaf of the romaine, put chicken and peppers on the leaf and roll up like a taco. Dinner is served!
