BUT these movies have to be set in mainland china and speak mandarin.

The movie "Eat, Drink, Man, Woman" was made many years ago but it was done in English & Cantonese. The shots of food prep were of the hands of master chiefs from the opening credits onward. I think it is well worth watching.
