Question: What type of indian food can be carried for 4 days trip...which doesnt get spoilled and can be eaten anytime?
i want to carry homemade indian cooked food for my trip...which cant be spoilled for four days...and stay fresh without refrigerating

thepla, chevda, ready to eat meals



Not something I personally like as I'm a meat eater but vegetarian South Indian style food or Gujrati food can be good for days.

Things like Dhokla and Hadvo tasty appetisers but can fill you up if you have enough.



The only Indian food I could think of: Plain naan bread.
