How can I bake chicken breast without oil?


Answers:
I do it all the time. Use the easy release foil. Wash off the breasts, sprinkle on a little garlic salt and pepper. I also like to sprinkle on some Italian seasoning. Wrap them up tightly and bake for the desired time, for two breasts I bake for 45 minutes at 400, less time and temp for boneless. Very moist and delicious!

wrap in foil with 3 tablespoons of water bake 30 35 minutes at 350*

Poke with a fork and soak in Italian Dressing for 45 minutes to an hour, then bake in a glass baking dish @ 350 until it's no longer pink in the middle, make sure the inside reaches at least 160 degrees.

I soak my chicken breasts in golden italian dressing. Then I just put the breasts and all the dressing in the oven and roast in. It is very good, with no oil!

Mayonnaise works wonderfully with baked chicken - keeps it very moist and tender!

Easy Elegant Chicken


Ingredients
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 Tbsp. dry Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix, divided
3 oz. thinly sliced ham
4 oz. softened cream cheese
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes

Directions
Place chicken breasts in large resealable plastic bag. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix over chicken; seal and shake to distribute evenly. Remove chicken breasts from bag; pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Lay 1 - 2 slices ham on top of each chicken breast. Combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix; top each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Roll up chicken breasts; place in greased baking pan. Combine remaining Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix and diced tomatoes; pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.

One way that keeps the chicken tender is this!
Make a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Make a mixture of egg, milk, and Italian dressing

Dip chicken into the wet mix, then into to the dry mix. Place onto a pan. Then bake in the oven for about 25 mins. or until chicken is done.
