I've had them all over the west coast. Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Dana point. All very good quality. I even had halibut and chips on Bainbridge island once.

Yes, pretty much anywhere. Although, you will get different types of fish from the east coast, west coast, Alaska and Hawaii.
