Can you freeze salsa?!

Question:

Can you freeze salsa?

I made some fresh pineapple salsa for a party, and have a lot left over. I'm tired of looking at it in the fridge, and it's not going to get eaten much faster. I'd eat it in a few weeks again, if I can freeze it...

Answers:
Yes! Definitely freeze it! You can also freeze it in freezer baggies or little one portion containers so you can defrost a little bit just for a snack without having to defrost the whole thing.

You can freeze, but when defrosted it will be mushy.
