Question: Sri Lankan Food and cuisine help?
Hey everyone, Just need to know at what times during the day are meals in Sri Lanka eaten and how many meals per day?
Overall, What is a typical meal pattern for a day in Sri Lanka?

If possible, what is basically eaten during each of those meals.

A typical sri lankan would have 3 meals per day.

Breakfast (06 am - 10:00) - Bread with Gravy / Rice and Curry / Sandwitches / Other fast foods

Lunch (12:00 - 14:30) - Rice and Curry

Dinner (06:00 - 10:30) - Bread / Rice and Curry / Also sri Lankans eat a lot of chinese cuisines like fried rice / other take away fast foods

also in addtion we have two tea times
morning - arround 9 am
evening - arround 4 pm
