Ah the good old Wasabi Kit Kat. I've only ever seen them in Japan along with the other exotic flavour Kit Kats such as Cherry Blossom and Ginger Beer.

so your choices are if you are in Japan, just buy one locally
if you aren't in Japan, either go there, or contact someone there to purchase them for you and ship them to you.
