Loads of places, O'Rourke's pub in Gettysburg, PA has them too (along with olives, cauliflower, and a bunch of other awesome stuff).
They are really easy to make too, get good pickles, towel them dry, then roll them in buttermilk, roll them in corn flour, buttermilk again, then cornflour again, then deep fry at 350 degrees until they are golden and delicious looking.
Make em yourself, then you can have them all the time! :)
