How bad is chinease food ?!
Answers:
Very bad. Lots of fat , too many refined carbs, no vegetables.
It really depends on the cook and restaurant (how the cook/chef makes it). Sesame fried chicken might be healthy if they prepare it without much oil or salt. It could be unhealthy because of the oil involved (does he deep fry the chicken or just a simple stir fry) or if they use heavy sauce, other than that, no. The sesame seeds are healthy, they are a good source of protein and other nutrients. The fried rice, depends on the ingredients and amount of salt, oil or IF the cook puts MSG in it, some do and some don't. The fried dumplings, not so much because the dumplings are fried and the ingredients are not nutritious.
I assume your asking how bad it is for your health.
Anything fried has the potential to have high cholesterol, and chinese typically contains a lot of sodium/ salt. that's why it tastes so good i.e. the fried dumplings.
Also, watch out for MSG that may be in the sesame chicken fried rice. It adds flavor, but it is very bad for your health.
Every once in awhile it's ok, though. Just don't eat it everyday if you want to stay healthy.
First off, it's spelled: Chinese.
And it depends what you mean by 'bad'?
Do you mean the calories/fat, or the taste?
Also, that depends on the palate of the person..
Taste it yourself and find out.
