What state has the worst chinese food?!

Texas. In Missouri we have a lot of good chinese restaurants so when we went to Texas, I thought nothing about going to a chinese restaurant. OMG I got General Tso's chicken and it tasted like vinegar. Thinking this was just a fluke I ate at a different restaurant, a different dish and it was equally as horrible. I travel occasionally and have eaten chinese food in Kansas, Colorado, Arkansas, Missouri and South Dakota and have NEVER had anything as disgusting as the chinese food I got in Texas. Sorry Texas, your BBQ is ok, but your chinese is gross.

I agree with the person who posted Alaska. I was there two years ago and the sushi was pretty bad. I don't know if it is how they presented it, whether they had the right rice or just bad fish in general but it wasn't good. Perhaps it is just the one I went to but they used a lot more vegetables in it than fish.

I can't say that I'm overly thrilled with what I have presently in Alaska.... the only shining spot is this little hole in the wall place in Downtown Juneau that has the best mongolian beef I've ever tasted.

Are you kidding? Hawaii has some great Chinese restaurants!
