Does anyone else have an intolerance to corn?
I was wondering if anyone else out there had an intolerance to corn and corn products. Do you have an helpful hints for cooking like Grandma used to to avoid use of corn?

My sister was allergic to corn for a long time. One suggestion I have is using Arrowroot instead of cornstarch in your cooking. It tasts the same once everthing is cooked. Hope that helps! I know staying away from corn is really hard.
