make/decorate your own ___ (italian food item)?!

Question: Make/decorate your own ___ (italian food item)?
Hey!
So we have an italian club at our school and we were trying to come up with a way to keep the members entertained by decorating or "making" their own food item.
We don't have access to an oven or stove, so pizza and pasta is basically out of the question
i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of something we could maybe pre-make and bring and have people decorate that is an italian dish?

thanks!

Bruschetta is a very simple and very traditional italian recipe, generally served as a starter or snack.

Rub a slice of toasted bread with a garlic clove (of course you can prepare the toasted bread at home). Garnish with sliced or diced fresh tomatoes and basil leaves. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and salt.

This is the traditional version but you can add some variety and colour to the garnish.

I can suggest yellow peppers, cucumber, baked beans or mozzarella cheese, but let your creativity flow.

that is soooo very difficult.
i think desserts would be the best option, u could even do make ur own gelato!
bring in like a vanilla icecream or something plain, and then maybe they could mix in fruits like banana or choc chips to do cookies n cream.
otherwise or i have actually had a great idea!
cannoli biscuits r great, they r filled with vanilla custard, chocolate or ricotta, and so then they can choose and fill it in themselves after uve brought in the biscuits already made
heres a photo of one:
