what is healthier rice noodles or egg noodles?!
I love the vegetables fried noodles but I am not too sure of which ones are healthier; the rice noodles ( biyon?) or the normal ones.

Rice noodles have low sodium, no sugar, 43 carbs & 192 calories. Egg noodles have low sugar, low sodium, 27 carbs and 146 calories. I'd go with the egg noodles.
