What is your favourite Asian meal and why?!

It varies with each meal and mood. There are a lot of Korean, Japanese and Chinese food that I love, but if I have to pick just 1 at the moment I'd pick Peking Duck.

Thin slices of meat and crispy skin rolled inside a thin pancake, accompanied by a bit of cucumber, spring onion and plum sauce.
Followed by the remaining meat stir fried with bean sprouts and leek, served with rice.
Lastly, the rest of the duck used as stock for soup.

i love chinese cuisine first then japanese and for third i like korean ( kimchi and bulgogi ). for why maybe since i'm an asian so for me asian food more suitable for my taste. i like Chinese since they are so universal and original( every region in china taste different and unique to their own place. i love to go to the market and see what is fresh and just cook them for the day ) while for japanese the freshness of the ingredients and the quality makes the food taste even better. not only the sushi but the home cooked meal and the dessert are just great. for korean i like pickles so i love their kimchi and every thing second .i love their meat and how they cook them. what makes them third is i'm not big fans of the dessert . i like them but not love them.

I love Asian food and especially Japanese, Korean and Chinese food. My favourite food would have to be Japanese. My favourite Japanese dish is tempura because of the light crispy batter and fresh vegetables and seafood.

i can't pick so i'll do favorites from each

chinese: duck pancakes, spring rolls, dumplings, beef noodles

korean i like: dduk, kimichi, bulgogi, and squid buchimae

japanese: yaki buta, katsudon, ramen, katsukare, squid tempura, gyoza

I LOVE Korean BBQ (bulgogi, sangyupsal, etc.)
Also, sushi and bento boxes.

I like Indian good. I could live on Sag Paneer and Butter chicken.
