Question: What if you ate a fishball thats still white and not golden brown?
could it still have bacteria in it and I consumed it?

here are the frozen fish balls

Answers:

Fish balls in packages were already cooked. White ones were boiled. Golden brown fish balls are boiled fish balls that were deep fried; the interior remained white.

Unless the fish ball's surface was dirty or the fish ball was already expired, you'll be fine.
