Is starbucks a hard place to work at?!

Question:

Is starbucks a hard place to work at?

i start there on friday, and i know nothing about coffee. is it easy to learn everything i need to?

Answers:
Absolutely. They have the new Verisimos that are all push button. The hardest thing is being able to make 10 drinks in 3 minutes, however, that takes time and practice. Just remember there are tons of manuals everywhere to help you and just ask for help. That is one of their guiding principles(star skills). It took me a month to feel comfortable with the machines and blenders, the registers are easy, the whole bean coffee takes awhile to learn it all, but just have someone help you. good luck.

essentially, u have many different coffees from all over the globe..customers can ask for anything...what ur required to do is press a button for what they ask for...so the question should be "can i read"..well can ya?......i bet there are a few rocket scientists, looking for the missing equation...but yeah, u can make coffee

Making coffee is the easy part. The stress will come from the customers. Learning how to deal with the customers will be the greatest challenge. Good luck with your caffeine career.
