As a former chef who travels to the UK on a regular basis, there much the same, alot has to do with the oils they use to fry in, flavours, in the US there not as wide open as us here in Canada nor the various novel ones in the UK ( Builder Breaky and Worcester sauce, Haggis), especial Walkers Crisps, I wish I had been there for the great chips debate and got a chance at the unique flavours my mates in Liverpool and London told me about, we here have some different ones, like Pizza, Roast Chicken, Buffalo Wings, Greek Feta and Oregano, Onion and Garlic, we had a curry flavour, along with bacon and hickory, I am a plain person, will on occasion have BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion, I came across one last week, General Tao's and Salsa and Jalapeno
