It depends on the cook who use less or more spice added in keema.But according to me it is delicious
depends how much spice you put in there.usually all asian foods are spicy to foreigners. but for asian people, it is not spicy unless you put too much spice.
it depends on how much chilli the person puts in you can always ask the chef to add chilli to your specification
