How do you make your guacamole?!

Question:

How do you make your guacamole?

Answers:
Squish up some avacodo with lemon juice, garlic, maybe some fresh chopped tomatoes, a jalapeno if you want heat and lemon juice. Do not forget the fresh cilantro. Yummy and quick

2 Fresh avocados, skinned, seeded and placed in a bowl, 1/2 chopped onion, one firm red tomato diced, half a cup of chopped cilantro, 1/2 TSP salt, pepper to taste, and 1/4 cup of lime juice. Mash all ingredients together in the bowl.

i dice up a couple of avocados depending how how much you want and put in a bowl and the mush with a fork.. until creamy but with a few lumps then add sour cream..... that's it.. and a sprinkle of salt.

my mother in law dicing avocados and tomatoes, jalapenos, onions and cilantro...( she is Hispanic)

leave the pit in, if you don't finish it all when putting it in fridge.. this will keep it from turning brown as fast! good luck!

well i start with the tomato and boil it in an inch to an inch and a half of water. When the tomato is cooked I put it in the blender, with salt, and onion, and I blend it into a salsa. Then I start squish the avocado and pour the salsa into it at the same time. I do just enough to keep it thick and last squeeze a little bit of lime on top for extra flavor and it's done just mix it all together.

i use lg avacados, squash w/ fork in a lg. bowl
add 2 dices tomatos, 2 minced garlic clove, 1 whole juice of lime......mmmmmmmmm

I answered this question last week and was chosen as best answer, you could add some of you own veggies as well Here is my answer.

INGREDIENTS
2 avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ripe tomato, chopped
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.

Avocados, red onion, roma tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper of course, and a touch of sour cream....i never measure anything so forgive me for not including amounts.........the lemon juice aids in preventing the guac from turning into an unappetizing brown color.....also when storing....put in a bowl.....cover with saran wrap directly in contact with the guac...then cover with foil.

I like cilantro , LOTS of garlic, a little tomatoes, don't forget some lemon juice to help it not to turn brown.
