What are some low fat, low calorie desserts that I can make at home?!

Question:

What are some low fat, low calorie desserts that I can make at home?

Preferrably cheap, quick and delicious desserts.

Answers:
Sugar free pudding (I prefer chocolate) [I used one individual cup] mixed with two tablespoons of cool whip... it's less than 100 calories (Only 2 weight watchers points, i believe) and SO delish!

I'm not sure how low cal this is but it's fantastic: mix marshmallow fluff (you can use less according to calories) mixed with low-fat sour cream and dip fruit in it... fantastic!

Cut up apples, put them in a pan with about a tablespoon or two of dark brown sugar, and if you want, a table spoon of cocoa powder and some cinnamon...you can also add low-ca ice cream or yogurt or eat it plain!

AND: Grilled fruit is REALLY great...pineapples, pears, peaches...just cut them, and pop em' on the grill...they caramelize

Weightwatchers jelly with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder. Mix it together and whip for about 5 minutes. Put in freezer for a few hours. Turns out similar to Gelato - yummy. My fave is Raspberry.

LOW CALORIE YOGURT DESSERT

1 lg. (or 2 sm.) pkgs. Jello (any flavor) dissolved in
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water

When Jello is dissolved add cold water. Refrigerate until set. Put set Jello into blender and whip with 3/4 cup plain yogurt. Add fresh fruit of your choice or canned fruit without heavy syrup.
Either return to bowl or put in baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Some favorite combinations are: strawberry Jello with strawberries; Lemon Jello with fresh or canned peaches; Lemon Jello with drained pineapple chunks, canned in their own juice. The juice may be substituted for some of the cold water.

LOW CALORIE PISTACHIO DESSERT

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (no sugar), 16 oz.
2 "low fat" sm. yogurt, plain (8 oz.)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. It's ready to eat "fast". Some call this dessert watergate salad. I call it "delicious pistachio".

RASPBERRY DESSERT SOUP

1 envelope (from 5/8 oz. pkg.) low-calorie raspberry flavored gelatin

1/4 c. lemon juice

In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring. Add raspberries, lemon juice, and 2 cups water; mix well. Refrigerate until slightly set, about 4 hours. Serve in tall glasses, accompanied by diet sour cream, if desired. Makes 4 servings, 99 calories each.
VARIATION: Refrigerate raspberry mixture until it is firm, about 8 hours or overnight, and serve with Custard Sauce (below).

CUSTARD SAUCE:

Enjoy and hope I helped you !

cut up fruit of your choice and mix with fat free cool whip, plus there's a restaurant that takes yellow cake broken up, stirs in cool whip with sliced strawberries, believe it or not it's great just make the cake low fat (applesauce instead of oil, no you can't taste it) and then the fat free coolwhip.
