Yes unfortunately the world does not stop evolving because of my period! Of course it may be a lazy meal like a burger or tomato soup and grilled cheese or Bacon & eggs! Or recycled leftovers! LOL But I gotta get it on the table!
why you don't want to cook during ur periods??? If its because you don't feel well ....its fine...let others cope. But if its because of the orthodox thinking...just get enlightened ...take good care of hygiene

I try not to let physical circumstances dictate my actions, but on a really bad day I'm the first one to send my hubby for takeout.

Yes! I find eating out when I have a period is a super big no-no for me since it's greasier than home cooking. It makes me feel horribly bloated.
