have I eaten too much?!


Question: Have I eaten too much?
I normally don't eat alot during the week, I sometimes miss lunch or breakfast, mainly lunch because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Today I was running late, missed breakfast and for lunch I ate a cold meat and lettuce roll and 70g of chilli nuts, I feel guilty like I ate too much or that it was fattening???

You're under eating which means you're more prone to diseases and will become ill. Make sure you have a balanced diet and drink plenty of water also make sure you have enough sugar but not to much otherwise that will make you fat which isn't good for your body. Eating nuts is good it stops muscle spasms and lettuce is very good for you as well as the wheat in the roll and if it was read meat then that's ok as well.



You haven't eaten enough. If you can't eat regularly make sure you are taking some vitamins or protein shakes. Also, carry some trail mix, health bars or some other sort of easy protein fix.
