Supposedly they are the numbers that your are supposed to use on your lotto tickets because these "lucky" numbers are also magically the winning ones? Really, if asian cookies could make us rich then why are so many of their restauraunts tiny and family run?
They are supposed to encourage you to dutifully pay your desperation tax by playing the national lottery with those numbers.
They mean nothing, they're numbers printed randomly. The same number could be lucky for you today and unlucky in future and vice versa.
