Duck on Chinese Restaurant? Whats the dish called?!
What I got was a whole duck teared up in a big bowl, that was on a hot metal plate so it would stay warm. What you then did was take all the pieces into a sort of thin "roll-up"-dough, put duck-sauce on it and roll it together to a mini-duck-roll...

Peking Duck. Named when the capital of China was called Peking. Now known as Beijing.
As all the other people have answered already, it is Peking Duck, but the dish more specifically is called peking duck pancakes.
Chinese restaurants usually serve the duck which is carved in front of you on a cart with either a bamboo steamer filled with mantou (steamed buns) or thin crepe-like pancakes with scallions, julienned cucumbers, and hoisin sauce on the side. VERY delicious and it's always a delicacy when I go out to eat with family!

It's either Peking duck or Crispy aromatic duck. The latter is apparently very popular in the UK.
The difference is that the latter involves shredding the meat before serving.
