Pizza dough?!

Question:

Pizza dough?

Can I make pizza dough w/out a food processor.

Answers:
It's easy. I never dirty the food processor to make pizza dough. Take your flour on a cutting board and make a little volcano. Add your ingredients. I use salt, sugar, olive oil or shortning, and a little baking powder. You can also use an egg. Then add a little of your yeast water and squish it all together and then knead it until mixed, adding more flour as you go.
A couple things you need to remember, flour your hands before starting, or everything will stick to them. Second make sure your cutting board is covered in flour before starting, or the mess will be harder to clean up.
Once everything is mixed, I cover the dough ball in a bowl and let it sit out until it rises. (I let it rise in the fridge if I add egg, which I rarely do)
