Can you freeze gow gee wrappers?!

I split the pack for them, Won Tons, Har Gow and others, just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, then foil, mark on the what they are and they last 4-6 months with not problem, put them on a shelf or in the back of the freezer, so they say solid.

surely we can..but it lost its freshness
