How can I do more?!

Question:

How can I do more?

I'm a vegetarian, but I feel like cutting out meat from my diet just isn't enough. What else can I do to protect and save animals?

Answers:
I am not trying to pass you off onto a website. I do recommend you read this one http://www.charityguide.org/volunteer/an... At this site you will find many ways you can make a difference in small time frames. My daughters and I have incorporated many of their suggestion/ideas into our lifestyle and routines. I hope you will find their suggestions are things you can easily do as well. Every little bit makes a big difference. Good luck, FYI

Cut out dairy.. search around in your area for an animals rights or vegetarian society. Two quick ways. Also try not to shop or buy products from stores and/or businesses that also profit from the meat industry. This is harder to do though.

Reduce, reuse, recycle. Also use only as much laundry degergent as you must no more, and try and use biodegradable soaps, antibacterial soaps are useually very difficult to break down and end up back in the water.

You could just go vegan they cut out all animal products or anything that is made from animals!!!!

Start shopping at stores that only sell meats that are free range. That stops supporting big meat corporations. You could also write letters to your reprasentitives and tell them that you expect them to be keeping an eye on farming issues and to support any effort to improve animal conditions and processing.

Other than that just educate yourself on what goes on and inform people on the cruelty and chemicals.

i agree with veggie!!!!!

go vegan and don't wear fur, leather, silk, wool, etc.
don't use any products (hair products for example) that test on animals.
