What could i have with pasta?!


Question: What could i have with pasta?
Ok so i am looking for a really healthy, nice lunch.
Nothing too complicated,
i just want to know what i can have on my pasta,
no blenders etc please, xx

Pick your fav veggies, toss them in a little olive oil and red wine/balsamic/any other nice vinegar and grill them in the oven. Just google how to make roast veggies for a million suggestions. You can cook a whole bunch and just keep in the fridge in a container. Toss some with your pasta and choice of sauce(home made or from a jar....whatever you were planning). Use the rest in sandwiches or as a side with practically any meal..



Serve a grilled chicken breast and some vegetable of your choice.
- Coat a chicken breast with your favourite barbeque sauce and grill.
- Chop some garlic roughly, a shallot chopped. Saute in olive oil and butter. Toss in some green beans, add a bit of water, salt and pepper and cook till done. Or you can boil the green beans separately and stir fry the cooked beans with the garlic and onion. Either way will work. You could use the same method with carrots cut into sticks.

Quick and easy and healthy to boot!

I might do that for dinner tonight myself :-).



I love eat when you slice seaweed on it and cook it with some olive oil. You can add some hotdogs on it and whip it with some mustard. I know it sounds kinda' weird but I simply adore it that way.
