Do you mean Chinese New Year? It is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is commonly called "Lunar New Year", because it is based on the lunisolar Chinese calendar. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month of the Chinese calendar.

We eat Chinese goodies such as sticky rice cakes. We also exchange red packets and visit relatives' houses. One word to desribe,' FUN!!!'

alright :) we have the chinese new year :) its when people dress up in those dragon costumes to chase out bad spirits and have a safe and nice new year, children also get money in red envelopes for luck, and to chase away bad spirits. this also resembles wealth for the new year. it is the happiest time of the year :) it goes on for a long time and we feast for many days. we also have this type of rice cake which we eat in the morning with red sugar and in this boiled water :) its really good you should try it. and then for moon festival, we eat mooncakes :) and we gaze at teh full moon while the elders tell ancient stories. there is also a feast held that day, although its usually not as big as the one at chinese new year. i hope this helps, mkaymichelle

I think there's two festivals, one is for the full moon festival & the other one is Lunar New Year, both are very similar except, full moon festivals eats dumplings & moon cakes and of course lanterns =D, and Lunar New Year is more important. There's chinese fireworks. & childrens would get red packets (money)... and its just fun =D

A bunch of half naked chinese people running around eating extremely long hot dogs (too long really) and jumping up and down trying to say the american word "Party" but pronouncing it "Potty" Its really fun actually.
