What do you mean multicultural? A dish that is enjoyed by more than one culture? A dish that originated from the influence of more than one culture?

How about sweet potato pone? It bakes for about 1 hour; I am not sure how long the prep takes. The name comes from the Algonquian word apan, meaning "baked". This dish is popular in the American south, and also in various Caribbean countries. Many of the cultures who enjoy it have African influences (Creole, Gullah, Jamaican). It also obviously has some Native American origins as well.

Rice pudding and banana bread are common in many cultures.

a cake lolll who doesn't like cake
