Yes. People associate vegans with hippies back in the 60's and 70's who frequently smoke pot however most of us don't.

Yes. It is a stereotype and not even a very good one.
I mean, stereotypes are often based on some grain of truth, but this one is just way off base. Many vegans are very health conscious and smoking anything doesn't really fit into that.

Is it a steriotype? yes. Is it truth? like many steriotypes, No. I mean I'm sure there are some, but there are also meat eaters and vegetarians who smoke pot. I think if anything vegans would be less likely to smoke pot because they generally are very careful about anything they put into their bodies and conscious of the health repricussions.

I think you would find, as I have, most vegans are very conscientious about what they put in their bodies. I do not even know any vegetarians, let alone vegans that smoke anything. I am sure there are a few, just none I know. BTW, we do not drive volkswagon vans either.
i don't think so, i don't know any vegans that do (i am vegan and i don't) i do some vegetarians that do smoke though.
