Question: What is COCOVAN and how do I make it? cooking.?
I have heard of this dish so many times and I want to try to make it. I love to cook.
I saw somewhere that you need wine for it?

Is it a french dish?
How do I cook it? please explain step by step!

That's spelled coq au vin and it is a chicken dish, the chicken is sauteed then cooked In red wine with onions, ,mushrooms and seasonings. If you spell it correctly you should be able to find some specific recipes.



its basically chicken stew
it uses wine as the main liquid, usually a red burgundy since its a french dish, and a traditional french wine
