What is this Asian dish called?!

Question: What is this Asian dish called?
a few years back i was working in a casino, the canteen did 24/7 free meals for staff, there was this asian dish that i used to have almost every day,it had a name but i just cant remember what it was,the food they put on is kind of non specific type for all ages and cultures, this dish was kind of a mild vegetable curry,i dont think there was any meat in there, and it had mushrooms, big round dark mushrooms, any idea what that might be called?
