How long can Ahi Poke and Tako stay out of the fridge?!

Question: How long can Ahi Poke and Tako stay out of the fridge?
I left my hawaiian ahi poke (tuna) and tako (squid) out of the fridge for about 7-8 hours today. It's mixed with different stuff...i'm not sure what though. Anyway, it was left on the countertop and the kitchen is 75 degrees... is it still okay to eat? it doesn't smell bad or anything... it smells the same as when i got it.. someone told me that I can fry it?

The Golden Rule when it comes to food ….. “When in doubt, throw it out”
7-8 hours is too long to keep food unrefrigerated, and especially for raw fish!
You can NOT tell by smell! If old food smells and tastes bad, it is rotting and that smell and bad taste comes from molds and decomposition of the food. Most of the time these molds by themselves are harmless.
What makes people sick is bacteria on foods. The bacterium that make people sick are E coli, salmonella, listeria, etc.
These bacteria that make you sick have NO smell or taste!
You could try frying it, but that is risky. If there is bacteria growth and you don’t cook it properly you will still get sick. It’s not really worth the gamble!
Dump it!

75 degrees in your kitchen? How do you know that but don't know that tako isn't squid, it's octopus? Poke should be served immediately and eaten cold.

feed it to your cat!
