How do you steam chicken?
It may be a silly question. Is it the same way in which you do veggies? I just wouldn't have thought that was a safe way to cook chicken?

Yup, the same way. You just make sure that it's all white, no pink left on the inside and it's fine. But bland! I prefer to grill it or sautee it with Montreal Steak Spice and a drop of olive oil.
