looking for low calorie noodles?!

Question: Looking for low calorie noodles?
So, quite a while ago I was watching one of Anna Richerdson's programs about wheightloss.
I watched it on channel4 in the UK, but it's not on at the moment, and I can't remember exactly what it was called, but I think it was something allong the lines of 'my big fat calorie loss', but I could be totally wrong.
Anyway, during these episodes, Anna would take a load of women who were trying to 'beat the bulge' and show them how to loose wheight corectly. One of these things was to
show how many calories there were in different portions of food, and to package/prepare/buy/eat all food in 100 calories portions.
One of these really low calorie foods were noodles. Apparently, you could have a bowl of them for just 11 calories :o
If I'm correct, they were called something allong the lines of 'Yan Noodles' or 'Yi Yum Noodles' or something. I'm pretty sure it was something with 'y'.
Anyway, I'm basically just looking for these super low calorie noodles, and I know the're available in the UK, I just can't find them!
If you could help that would be great, otherways maybe you could sugest some other low calorie noodles or other low calorie foods?
Thanks, and I'll just love and adore you for ever if you can give me the name of these noodles, and tell me where I can find them, thank you! <3

The first fellow is right, in the Asian shops they are in the chilled food section, even consider other Asian noodles like rice, green bean, mung bean and I use Japanese buckwheat noodles, as they are wheat free and have a lower glycemic level than wheat or rice based noodle, and they can be used like regular pasta's, even check out your local Natural/Health food shops for noodles made with spelt, corn, quinoa, wild rice and even barley.

One of my friend who is in India eats something called Maggie Noodles. Low Calorie one.

Shiratake noodles....only 20 calories a serving (4 oz)
