I like it, and polynesian food as well, though I havent had the pleasure of eating "true" hawaiian or polynesian food, the americanized stuff is pineapple, pork, fish, and coconut heavy and delicious, especially for luaus or summer parties. haupia is a delicious coconut pudding and a must have to accompany any food of this type

people are probably not going to agree at all. but i don't really like it. i find that it's lots of cuts of extremely fatty meat. and i personally don't like fat on my meat so i don't like it. i wonder if Hawaiian barbecue is just Americanized or anything like the real thing? check that out.
