Only Bacteria or a food allergy. Curry does not cause diarrhea

Darling, it isn't the spices that cause your distress upon eating curries. It's the living organisms that you introduce into your alimentary canal as you eat them: all sorts of cross contamination, and things that are too unpleasant to describe.

When you have diarrhea, it is caused by an organism that has alerted your immune system that it is uncool, so uncool that your body responds by making the lining of your intestines tear with water, in an attempt to wash away the culprit.

You had diarrhea upon dining on a curry, you had mild food poisoning, which is much more endemic that you could possibly imagine. Remember: restaurants, including Indian restaurants, are there to make money and therefore are loathe to throw anything away if they think they can get by with another day, and pay their staff so little, that the ongoing cleaning of the kitchen is compromised to nausea.

Be kind to your body. Mind what you put in it.

diarrhea is caused by incorrect food handling. Like not storing the meat correctly ie keeping it in the fridge till you use it or leaving out cooked food for more than 2 hours. You should never mix raw foods with cooked foods as this can cause food poisoning too.

I suggest you read the website I have listed so you can prevent this from happening again as food poisoning can be serious if it is with chicken
