brand for kimchi? most people where i live just make them at home.

If I purchase Kimchi, I only have one choice and it's in an unlabeled jar in the refrigerated section of a local Asian market. It's pretty good but i enjoy making it so I do it occasionally.

I've actually thought about replicating what used to happen in Korea 100 years ago where they used to bury ceramic crocks of kimchi underground. Of course, my wife think's i'm nuts lol

Dooaan Food (they are located out of Houston) makes a very good kimchi and in many varieties. My favorite is the diakon, baby bok choy and cabbage variety.
