Umm, theres not much. Make a salsa and bring chips, I know it's dumb I know Im ashamed but geez if you can't cook it then.... Well a guacamole would work too.



You can make Tuna Tostadas. I know 2 recipes.

Mix 1 carrot grated, a diced cucumber, a can of sweet corn, 1-2 pickled chipotle chile, 3 tuna cans and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. Serve with corn toasts.

Mix 1/2 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomatoe, 1-2 serrano chiles or 1 jalape?o chile, a can of sweet corn, 3 tuna cans and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise. Serve with corn toasts.

Other:
Mix ham julienned, cabbage finely threaded, pickled jalapeno chiles minced (amount to taste) and some heavy cream spoons. Serve with corn toasts.

If you don′t want to use the refirgerator, you can use surimi instead of fish fillets, then you can marinate only for 1/2 hour

(It tastes best grilled, hot, but you can make it cold)
