Is sushi healthy?!

Question:

Is sushi healthy?

i usually eat chicken, fish, salmon and california

Answers:
As long as the fish is fresh, and you add in some seaweed for antioxidants & wasabi for it's antiseptic quality(& delicious flavor)... I think it's pretty it's some pretty lean protein.

I mean, the japanese used to have some of the longest life expectency in the world... until they started eating western style foods.
Although, the sushi you'll find in most sushi bars is pretty different from the traditional fair they have been eating for hundreds of years.

If prepared properly, yes.

Yes it is healthy, in moderation of course. But don't eat to much as 5-8 rolls is plenty.

ugh..... guess if you like it

It's healthy if you eat it in japan. Otherwise be very careful that it is fresh and properly prepared.

Wasabi, btw, is not an antiseptic. That is a myth.

Yes in moderation as in other food groups. Portion too in that food is seen. It doesn't contain meat either but mostly fish and sticky rice with that black outer covering. Yummy!

sure is. rice is good, nori (the seaweed paper) is great, meat and vegees. cant go wrong. no actually i take that back .. you can go wrong if you have raw fish. be very careful with raw fish and be absolutely sure that it's fresh..

try some pickled ginger with it too , yummy!!!!!
