fo sure cereal mayb a bit boring... only change the cereal type said from koko crunch to milo or corn flakes or cheeriosh.. or bread top with an egg and ham or bacon plus cheese.

so mayb u can hv a try to eat instant noodle plus with an egg. or eat fried rice.. its not that heavy... or beat 1or 2egg(s) wiht ur fork then soak a bread into it then u fried (not deep fried) the bread soaked with egg. then if its done pour some sweet or chili sauce on the top.. sure yummy....

or make an omellete. you put some cut sausages/bacon/ham onto the beat eggs plus with shredded carrot and chopped onion. dun forget to put some salt, sugar n white pepper... n use butter instead of cookin oil... hmm..im hungry now..

aniwe, hv a great bfast n great day...

gud luck

I love oatmeal topped with bananas, chopped pecans and drizzeled with maple syrup!

YUM!

EAT PANCAKES WITH SYRUP AND A CUP OF COFEE KEEPS MY BROTHER HYPER ALL DAY LOL

ok...we're only a few hours out of bed here........but you could try some vegemite on toast for breakfast...enjoy your day

egg sandwich. Fry an egg and break the yolk. Cook untill hard and ad salt and pepper. Put it on toast with a bit of mayo. YUM!

Or a mushroom omelet

well i make either quick quiche or a hash brown casserole (set up the night before). when i feel like cooking a breakfast. Generally its either pancakes (made on Sundays) or cereal or something quick and easy.

I eat a small bowl of cottage cheese sometimes w/ fruit and 2 hard boiled eggs along with 2 slices of bread or tortilla w/ peanut butter. Sometimes I substitute a can of tuna for the cottage cheese. I know it sounds gross, but it's healthy.
