My MIL gave me this recipe its a request from my hubby a lot

Mix convenience food with healthy food. Buy a basic pizza, and then add your own healthy toppings: Tuna, mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, brocolli, onions. Have it with some pasta in a tomato sauce and a nice salad and crusty bread rolls. Enjoy! x

marinated chicken with honey+ginger+oyster sce+soya sce+black pepper. let it at least fo 20mins in fridge. then u just grill it in the oven fo about 10-15mins. depends on the size of the chicken.

so duration of that you can cook fried rice. just put corn, peas, or carrot and some spring onion.. . fo the other ings, put garlic as a starter n let it cooked... then maybe with xtra chopping bacon/ham/sausage after that.. then put the steamed rice then put soy sce, fish sce, some sugar, white/black pepper and a bit of oyster sce. if u have some chicken stock please add some to give the aroma.

so u can serve the fried rice with the grilled chicken... and mayb u want to add some salad on it..

wel, hope its useful

happy diner

I don't know how much time you'll have, but a few favorites around my house are Strawberry Chicken with mashed potatoes and rutabegas, and Stir-Fry.

for the chicken you just pepper the meat and spread strawberry jam thickly on top, for a heathier option use no sugar added jam, dilute some jam in hot water and pour into bottom, about 1/2 cup, bake at 350* for about 45 mins.

For stir-fry chop any kind of meat, toss in some veggies (even canned) and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and soy sauce to taste, serve with medium grain rice (it is stickier!)

Make dinner for me too!!
